April 2000, BTIC organized the management personnel to seriously study the requirements of the ISO9001:1994 Quality Management System, according to the elements of establishing a quality management system, passed CQC (known as China Import and Export Community Quality Certification Center) certification.

 　　　Along with the developments of vehicle use products(such as steel CNG cylinder, hoop-wrapped cylinder, LPG cylinder), accord with the requirements of ISO9001:2000 quality management system already cannot satisfy the needs of market development, and some advanced countries proposed higher requirements to the vehicle use products enterprises, QS9000 standards provide the basic suppliers quality system requirements for the Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, truck manufacturers and other companies adopted the standards about internal and external parts and materials used in production and services. The VDA6.1 standard is a German automobile industry standard. Formulated and promulgated by the German auto industry in the participation of car manufacturers and certification authority. The QS9000 and VDA6.1 is the professional requirements of the automotive industry for car manufacturers and auto parts suppliers. Under the leadership of the general manager and management representative and the head of each department, BTIC launched a series of QS9000 & VDA6.1 standard training, and passed the TUV certification of the third-party certification authority, the coincidence rate was 71.5%. In the later two years of surveillance, the coincidence rates continue to increase to 93.1% and 96.6% respectively.

　　　ISO/TS16949:2002 jointly constituted by the international automotive task force (IATF) and Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association(JAMA) and support by the Committee on quality management and quality assurance. ISO/TS16949:2002 on behalf of the unification of the international advanced standards & requirements, such as America QS9000, Germany VDA, France EAQF and Italy AVSO. BTIC mobilized the majority of employees actively learning process analysis method, analyzed each process of inputs, outputs, resources required, responsible personnel, application method, and the quality management department to monitor the process performance index, April 2007 successfully passed the exam and verification of TUV, and achieved the certification.

　　　Now BTIC is a group enterprise and built Beijing Factory, Tianjin Factory, Shanghai Factory, Mulin Factory, Langfang Factory, Beijing Pioneer Special Vehicle Factory and Tian Hai Cryogenic Equipment Factory，7 professional manufacturing bases. In order to ensure the brand quality, ensuring product consistency, BTIC established an integrated quality management system for each subsidiary company, consolidated sales and integration of design and development. On September 2010, BTIC attained the group certification of CQC (China Quality Certification Center)-ISO9001:2008. At the same time, BTIC also carried out the ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18001:1999 environmental and occupational health and safety management system certification, and achieved the certificate.
